Consistently good experience
I ordered another Max 16 Black Pearls candle last month. It's my third time buying from them, and the experience was just as good as before. Nice candle, shipping could improve
I bought a Max 24 Serengeti Plains candle. The candle itself is impressive, really a beautiful piece and the scent fills the room nicely without being overpowering. It lived up to the 'luxury' description. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated, about a week and a half, and the tracking updates weren't very frequent. It did arrive well-packed, so no damage, but a faster or more transparent shipping process would make it a perfect experience. The price is high, but the quality of the product mostly justifies it.
